Our new product line, Kentico Enterprise Marketing Solution (coming with Kentico CMS 6), brings new enterprise and on-line marketing features like A/B split testing, MVT, Content personalization, Segmentation, Lead scoring and others. One of these enterprise features is Health monitoring.

Version 6.0 brings huge improvements of Kentico deployment and maintenance. The current process of creating and maintaining Kentico instances remains, but we added several new features like new Kentico Installation Manager, silent install, improved upgrade process and more.

This is the last part of the mini-series focused on small features. This post is focused on small features for the content editors. 

This is a second post focused on small features coming in version 6.0. In this part, I will focus mainly on features which will improve the work of web developers and/or ASP.NET developers.

In our previous blog posts, we informed you about big features and improvements coming in Kentico 6.0. We know that there are still many small/minor features you are looking forward, so I want to share with you which minor features will be implemented in version 6.0 and I hope you will love and enjoy them.

On one hand, they are “just” small in comparison with features like Lead Scoring, Contact Management or Health Monitoring, but on the other hand, they are still big from the functionality point of view .

Let’s look closer at the dashboard implementation in Kentico CMS 6.0.

As a part of our ongoing effort to support the latest features of Windows Azure Platform, we have fully tested Kentico CMS 5.5R2 against Windows Azure SDK 1.4. So, from now, you can use Kentico CMS 5.5R2 with both Windows Azure SDK 1.3 and 1.4.
