Getting the 'License webfarm server count exceeded' error, when I have a license for the domain with sufficient server count?

By mistake, my client has generated a license key for main domain instead of a developement key on the Kentico Client Portal. Now Im unable to edit/delete the main domain license. Can you please advise how can I edit/delete the main domain license key.
