Can you create a blog post from an incoming email message?

Hi there, is it possible to create a blog post from an incoming email? Other solutions like WordPress and SharePoint offer functionality to perform a task based on an incoming email message. The MetaWeblog API is an alternative approach where I could use a different app like Word to create & publish a post, but I was curious if the ability to create a blog post from an incoming email exists in Kentico, or can be added on. Thanks in advance.

I don't believe Kentico has any kind of listener setup to do such a thing. Great suggestion for the Kentico Ideas though! I could see subscribing to a Blog, Forum, Message board and simply replying to post your message.

Brenden is right, there is not such a functionality implemented out of the box in Kentico yet. But using the Kentico UserVoice - Ideas portal could be a good start to see this functionality implemented in one of the future versions!

I personally like this idea too!
