    Sorry for the delay. I did the upgrade to 4.1, but it's still not working. Do i need to modify the logs themselves to put them in the proper format?

    I run v5.0.3656 guess I have to upgrade, and apply hotfix to make it work then..... ... if so... I know what I have to do tomorrow :)

    Hotfixes Please note: Kentico CMS 5.5 and 5.5R2 are two separate versions. Please, do not use 5.5R2 hotfixes on 5.5 version (upgrade to 5.5R2 is necessary). The hotfix packages do not supply the upgrade procedure. If you want to upgrade to a newer version, you can download ...

    Sorry, I already put back the backup from before upgrade. I will rather wait for version 6.0 and recreate the site manually.

    I was able to upgrade our client's website from version 3.1 to 5.5 , involves 5 step upgrade which I was able to do without error (at least on SQL side), coz I only turn-on the website after last step. Fix some issues which are not mentioned in upgrade instructions. (eg ) ...
