jquery added inside master page in kentico 5.5 r2

I have added the jquery link inside the master page of the site the jquery is detected with the inspect element but the static html is not showing any content. The static html is the web part that have to be linked with the jquery. I have to show the facebook feed on the site.Any other suggestions?

Hello,

What are you entering into the static html Web part? To determine if the Web part is setup correctly, could you add a string such as "Test" and check if it render? Later version of Kentico have much better Facebook support, you could use built-in Web parts - is it an option for you to upgrade?
