Please, disregard this post. Since I don't think there was a way to do it, I've created a User Control in which I use the ViewState to do this.

I worded this a bit wrong I don't want to disable the VIEWSTATE but rather the visibility of the web part.

I had to do something a little more custom, so I couldn't utilize that web part. Is Viewstate disabled for that web part?
