UK Admin UI localisation pack

I'm looking to set en-GB as the UI culture, but it says I need a localization pack and I can't see one on the link provided. Does one exist?

I assume that US and UK English are really similar and close - I would take the default resx file, make a copy and rename it to EN-GB and you have the Uk localization pack. And if you want, change some strings to UK English :-)

It was primarily to change date formats, so assume approach ok
