Are you logging in from the Kentico login page (the one with the Kentico logo at ~/cms/admin, in your case ?) or a custom login page ? What happens if you navigate to ~/cms/admin after you do login ?

Do you receive the login screen and when you login you receive this error or don't you even receive the login screen? I'd suggest checking out your website setup in IIS to ensure you're navigating to the right URL. By the looks of it your site is setup as a sub application in a virtual directory within IIS.

Hello Shadi,

please use this URL to login into your website: http://alaseel.com/CMSPages/logon.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fcmsdesk

And I would also recommend you to apply the latest hotfix as you are still running verison 7 of Kentico without any hotfixes which is already more than 2 years old and also some security issue were fixed there.

Regards, Martin
