Sharing Email Reports

Hello,

I am trying to share email campaign reports with the rest of my company. Mailchimp offers a link to share a report which I have used in the past. I did not see any reports for emails in the Reporting application.

After further discussion, it seems the Report he's refering to is the Email Marketing -> Email Campaigns -> Emails -> Reports -> Overview

Sadly there is no built in Kentico report that can be pulled, so you would need to recreate the report (although you won't be able to do the funnel HTML graph).

I'll contact support and see if this is something they would ever include, as i can definitely see the use casee to share the report.

In the Reporting Engine, you have the ability to "Subscribe" to all or part of the report. That's the "Share" type of report feature.

You can manually create, you can have users create them for themselves as well.

If you are just trying to create a "share with XXXX people" then by default Kentico doesn't have this to my knowledge, however you can always create an email group (1 email address that goes to many people), or create an email rule that forwards it to a list in your Email Client, then subscribe to that 1 email address.

Lastly you can also display reports on a web page if that makes it easier to share, however you'll have security to figure out then (how to make it so only internal see it, they will need a login)

You can setup subscribers on reports in the Reporting application. Also make sure the scheduled task is enabled so it will send them on. The scheduled task name is Report subscription sender. I believe it is enabled by default but ensure it is on and then subscribe your users to it.
