Some of our users (belongs to different networks) are having this issue that when the link they have got in their email for passwords reset is clicked it says that it is no longer valid and the user is unable to reset their passwords. When on our network, I clicked the link , it works and I am unable to reproduce the issue. I understand that their might be some web filtering software's making the link invalid. I was thinking if there are ways to get around it ?
