Where do you need to display the newsletter name?

if in the form, just use an alternative form.

if around the form (like a header), why do you need to do it dynamically vs. just entering it in manually?

If it is dynamic, there must be something on the page that you are using to tell it which newsletter they are subscribing to, so what's preventing you from using that to display the newsletter name?

You need to be more specific in your questions Nadia, they are often too vague.

Perhaps this is more a "Email Campaign" vs. a normal "Newsletter" subscription, i see that the default form control for the Newsletter name on the Custom Subscription Web Part has the "Email Feed Selection" set to "Newsletter" vs. "Email Campaigns", are you sure it's a newsletter and not an Email Campaign?

You could modify the webpart's "NewsletterName" form control to set the Email Feed Selection to "All" and see if your item shows up.
