Mobile Menu showing archived and hidden pages

We recently discovered that the mobile menu for a sub-domain (that is within the cms, but a different master page), is showing ALL pages on the entire site, even those that are hidden from search and/or archived. This was created by our previous Kentico developer. In the transformation, it points to: {%"<a class='m-menu-top CMSListMenuLink' href='http://" + CurrentSite.SiteDomainName + GetDocumentURL + "'>" + DocumentName + ""#%} {^SubLevelPlaceHolder^}

What web part is used to build the menu? Check for a setting "Select only published" or similar.

You might want to share the settings and the name of the webpart you're using. It seems the data retrieval is not filtering out those pages.

Also you want to make sure you're viewing this on the live site and not in preview mode. Preview mode may show you unexpected results.
