Kentico 7 Export Selected Site specific Pages

Hi I have got my hands on Kentico 7 recently. I figured out and picked up basics quickly. I have found that your inbuilt Export/Import site/objects module is quite friendly useful. I have a question regarding that module.

I have created new pages in my site on my dev environment. How do I move those pages to QA and Staging. I am able to export global objects like Page Templates and Document Types but not site specific pages.

Why not use the staging module?

I thought Staging module is used for Content Synchronizations. I just want to move the pages that I created from CMS desk. instead of creating from the scratch.

Content = pages. Pages = content. Staging will sync pages and their content, objects (templates, layouts, users, etc), custom tables and their data and setting changes.
