Kentico 12 MVC widget properties depending fields

I've been searching documentation on how to add a depending fields into widget properties. If I have a dropdown with 3 options, if 1st option is selected another field appears as a page selector for example. All I found is that this functionality wasn't made and has been voted to be implemented here https://devnet.kentico.com/questions/visibility-conditions-in-the-widget-configuration-dialog. Is this present in some hotfix version? Are there any examples or documentation on this functionality ?
