I just ran Hotfix 8.0.18 on my Kentico 8.0 solution. It produced no errors. However, none of the new files that it added to the web application directory got added to the project (csproj file), itself. This is inconvenient. Now I have to use Winmerge to compare the pre-hotfix and post-hotfix solutions, so that I can tell which files were added, and then manually add them to the project. Is there a better way to accomplish this?

Did you follow the instructions from the PDF file which is part of the hotfix package? There are some additional steps required when you are hotfixing the web application project.
