Forgot Password Not Working

Hello,

When a user clicks "Forgot Password", they never recieve an email to complete the password reset. We are ONLY able to manually reset the password from the User menu.

How can we repair this?

What version are you using?

Check your email queue for any emails that may be stuck or have an error associated with them.

Brendan,

The password reset is all working fine from Kentico. No errors from Kentico. It is Outlook that is discarding the reset email. Your feedback helped eliminate Kentico as the issue, which led me to think it was the email client.
