The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)" Could you please help me out ASAP. With Regards, L Gayatri

When do you receive this error? Are you running the KIT as administrator?

How are you 'importing' from 12 to 13?

Are you just trying to export a page type and import into 13? I doubt that will work. I created the KX12 to 13 migration toolkit which allows you to 'change' your Portal 12 to an MVC 12, then use the normal kentico upgrade tool to upgrade the page types.

There's a lot that goes into those upgrades, fields get removed and added, formats adjusted, etc.

Message me if you need help with the upgrade processes...and not to sound arogenate, i'm probably the expert in portal 12 to KX13 migrations...

Gayatri,

At what point during the import process are you receiving that error? When the program loads? During a specific step of during the actual import of the data?

Brenden, for me it happens at step 8 during import data. Simulation works fine.

Thank you
