Email Queue has emails stuck in waiting

So now the issue I am having is all of the emails that are sitting in the queue have a status of waiting. I am unable to cancel or click any of the other buttons that are on the page. Unable to really do anything within the email queue. Yes the scheduled tasks are in place for cleaning and sending. Just had to recreate them.

Click the cancel button and patiently wait. They will eventually process. If you don't see any progress, then restart the application in the System tab of the Administration section. This should help kick things back into place. V7 is a bit touchy in that aspect.
