edit website title

Good day. The title of all our pages is "the page title | the organization name". I see / | Organization Name when I look in the header of the master page. Our organization name has changed, so I want to update that. I've added head content before, but I can't change the one that I see there. Something that I read on the forum seems to suggest that I need to edit the PortalTemplate file (https://devnet.kentico.com/questions/edit-portaltemplate-aspx-page-in-kentico-12), however, I don't know how to access that. How do I go about updating the Organization Name that is in our pages'

Typically the Org name is set within the Kentico UI under Settings > Content > Metadata > Page title prefix.

In the upper left of the Settings window, select your site in the dropdown list. Then go back to that field and you'll see you can edit the value from there.
