I get this error message when trying to create a new report in v13.0.117.
I'm able to clone existing reports, but would be great if this could get fixed in a hotfix soon

Have you emailed this to support@kentico.com? It doesn't look like it was fixed in a later hotfix so I'd email support as they don't always read this.
The image does not seem to be available. However, I just tested creating a new report in Kentico Xperience 13.0.121 and it works fine. We would need to know the steps how to reproduce the issue and also see the error.
