Jeewani Jayasuriya asked on January 15, 2020 14:57

Hi,

I have a website url called https://academicbookweek.com/ and developed by Kentico 12. Sometimes this website is not loading on few mobile devices but working on some other mobile devices at the same time.

Please can anyone help me with this.

Thanks

Jeewani

Jeewani,

IS this an MVC site or a Portal Engine site? Looks to be PE based on the source. I'd first start by resolving the 404 errors in the JS console and report back your findings. If that doesn't resolve the issue, I'd suggest removing all JS libraries and see if this resolves the issue.

Check Safari extensions, or try removing cookies, cache, and other website data if a webpage or site doesn't load on your Mac. Some Safari extensions that block ads or other website content can prevent some page elements from displaying. You can temporarily turn off extensions, then re-load the page to see if this is the issue.

Choose Safari > Preferences. Click Extensions. Select an extension, then deselect the checkbox "Enable… extension." Repeat this step for every extension that's currently installed. Reload the page by choosing Choose View > Reload in Safari. If the webpage loads correctly, one or more extensions was blocking the content from loading. Re-enable an extension, then reload the page again to determine which extension is blocking the content you want to view.
