I am just getting started with Kentico. I want to connect some of our web services with Kentico to build a datagrid or use a repeater (depends on the web service- there's multiple pages that will use different web services in differant ways), but when I go to set up a WebServiceDataSource it does not have an option to select a web method. Our web services have multiple web methods.
How do I tell Kentico what web method to use? If I wanted to create a custom control so I can have it choose which web method (which I would rather not, as it would be best if Kentico just had that functionality), this is not helping me much. It would be better if I could extend the WebServiceDataSource control to accept a 'Web Method' in addition to the parameters, but I have no idea how to do that.
I'm completely baffled as to why Kentico does not offer the ability to pick a web method. Please help me find the best solution to this issue.
