Upgrade site from v7 to v8

How to upgrade site from v7 to v8. Who can provide for me a link guideline to upgrade?Thank? I refer this link but i don't help me a lot! http://devnet.kentico.com/articles/upgrade-to-v8

Hello Giang,

as you can read in that article, the Official upgrade procedure will be released by the end of this month - on the 30th of April, 2014.

The only option you have right now is to use the import/export functionality when you will export your website from version 7 and import it into clean installation of Kentico 8.

Thank you Martin. That's exactly what I was looking for. I have Kentico 8.0.1 version. I tried to import site from Kentico 7.0.76 to Kentico 8.0.1. But I am getting error like "An unhandled Microsoft .NET Framework exception occured in w3wp.exe[8948]".

Could be custom code that's crashing it. Or it could be that exported the dlls or other assemblies that are in .net 4.0 and your new site is .net 4.5.
