Unable to synchronize changes from staging to live server due to SSL issue.

I am unable to sync data from staging to the live server. I see the following error when I check for the error causing the issue: https://i.imgur.com/LUvzcFh.png

I see the same error when I click on "Check server Availability" in Staging > Servers "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."
