How to create new transformation inside the Kentico 8.1. I have been finding the Document type inside the development but could not found it.

A transformation is part of a Document/Page type. So navigate into the Page Type and you'll find the transformations for that page type.

Hello, please note that in version 8.1 Document types were renamed to Page types as Brenden suggests, so please look for your transformation there.
