To Array undefined In Application dashboard

I re-install kentico 8.2 in my system. The root location is "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Kentico82_2". In live site means without admin login site is running mode and some image is not show like search icon .

When login by admin means administrator then application dashboard is not show and right,left icon not show like "Open application list,open user menu,Back to dashboard".

I try to find out this problem. I inspect element of page i see ":8080/CMSPages/GetResource.ashx?v=2&scriptmodule=/CMS/EventHub.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toArray' of undefined". This error on application dashboard page. I don't knock this problem / error.

If you reinstalled the website and are accessing via the same URL, there is a good chance the images and other resources are cached and causing problems. Try clearing your browser cache and restarting your websites app pool. If that doesn't work, I'd start fresh again by removing that website and installing a new one. Were there any errors when installing that website?

Interesting, I've never come across that with a Kentico site before. I've had to set folder permissions on the hard drive to allow the user running the website permissions but never had to configure IIS to allow for configuration of the ashx extension. Was your website instance modified prior to the installation?
