Swtich Desktop and Mobile View Modes

Hello Team,

I am currently evaluating Kentico for one of our client to maintain Desktop and Mobile Web Sites.

I have looked into features offered by Mobile Redirection Web part to redirect requests coming from Mobile Devices to different pages.

My question is it possible to switch view modes between desktop and mobile, lets say if user wants to look at desktop site how do I override the MobileRedirectionWeb part.

Yes there is the ability to do what you're looking for. The webpart uses a cookie to store what viewmode the user chooses.

Use the Switch Mobile Device Detection webpart and it will override the Mobile Redirection webpart.
