My webconfig has the svg mime type in the static content and also added the extension .svg in file and media settings. When I upload the svg file, it uploads fine but doesn't display it as the image. Instead it downloads the image.

Hello Raj,

The reason is that, regrettably, we do not support SVG files at the moment. Feel free to vote for this functionality on the UserVoice portal.
