Site loading is too slow

Site is too slow when i checked Database i observed that one of the procedure(Proc_Personas_ReevaluateAllContacts) is executing for too long time with high CPU usage.How to get rid of this issue

one big thing is to clean up or remove old contacts, if that gets too big you will be performance go down!
