Searching with spelling difference in cultures

Hi

I'm just asking to see if Kentico has the functionality to include spelling difference in cultures to include the same information? e.g. Haematological using English-GB spelling to include results from Hematological which is the English-US spelling?

Not exactly what you mean but perhaps enabling Typo tolerant (fuzzysearching) search could help you enough:

or look into the synonym search settings (same link as above)

otherwise perhaps add those different spelling to hidden fields or meta fields on that page?
