Reporting subscription email contains no data

We are running version 13 and have noticed that all of our reports in the reporting module that we have people subscribed to no longer contain dynamic data. The email is being sent and received. The static content of the email is there both before and after the dynamic content, but anything that is set to pull content dynamically in is not being included in the report. There is just a blank spot. We have verified that there is actual data to be sent that you can see in the "view" tab. These reports haven't changed in a long time. What was changed in the ecosystem when this started? Are there any errors in the Event log? Have you tried resigning macros? What if you remove the subscription and re-subscribe again?

Nothing changed that I have been able to track down. Obviously something did otherwise it would still work. No errors in the event log and when I remove and add a subscription I get the same results. We will look into resigning macros

Sadly we are still trying to work through this issue.

Not sure if the rest of the Kentico world has experienced this at all. We have tried resigning macros, comparing the DB and just overall looking for differences between the environments. There are no errors. Oddly when a complete copy of the site and DB are copied locally it works just fine, but in our stage and production environments it is not. Anyone else have any more suggestions? Thanks for any feedback you might have.
