We are running version 13 and have noticed that all of our reports in the reporting module that we have people subscribed to no longer contain dynamic data. The email is being sent and received. The static content of the email is there both before and after the dynamic content, but anything that is set to pull content dynamically in is not being included in the report. There is just a blank spot. We have verified that there is actual data to be sent that you can see in the "view" tab. These reports haven't changed in a long time. Thanks for any input you might have.
What was changed in the ecosystem when this started? Are there any errors in the Event log? Have you tried resigning macros? What if you remove the subscription and re-subscribe again?
Nothing changed that I have been able to track down. Obviously something did otherwise it would still work. No errors in the event log and when I remove and add a subscription I get the same results. We will look into resigning macros
