Please read my previous answer. It will be automatically created when you create a new media library.

Go the the media library app and create a new media library and add a file to it. Then look in the file system and see if your folder is there.

The site is virtual. There is no physical site directory for the site in the file system. The only thing you will see somewhat related to a site folder would be a folder named with the sites code name which holds the media library files.

If you haven't added any files to a media library the folder will not exist.

Adding an image to a page is not a media library.

Maybe check out the documentation more and find out some basics of Kentico. Like I said previously, there is no physical site directly. What are you looking for specifically and why?
