Prevent parent folder to be deleted

I have a folder (cms.folder) where I can add specific page types. Is it possible to configure this folder to prevent editors to delete it, while having the possibility to delete the children in this folder?

I tried it in the security tab. When I set deny for delete, the children are also denied to delete.

Yes, please go to Roles -> role -> Permissions -> Permissions for: Page type -> child page type you want to give a permission to delete -> Delete: Yes

So if the role has no delete permission for deleting in Content module your editors would be able to delete that configured page type.
