Permission for user on Forum Webpart

Dear all Kentico Supporter,

I would like to add permission user and role to Forum_SingleForum_General webpart :

ForumU1(Can view all, can post new thread, can reply to threads) ForumU2(Can view all, cannot post new thread, can reply to threads)

Could you please provide me any solutions? Thank you beforehand!

Hi Kisman, if you go to forums --> select the forum --> Security, you can manage the secuity of the forums there. It shows the different roles and potentially what you require.

As long as you select the right forum, this should work.

It's a important part as well, but I don't get what I want exactly. I can control permission on the whole page forum, and i want to control permission on thread of forum and reply thread as well : User1(Can view all, can post new thread, can reply to threads) User2(Can view all, cannot post new thread, can reply to threads)

do i need to custom default webpart? and how? Could you please provide me an other solution?
