Missing Icon and WYSIWYG

Dear Support,

I have tried many times of process installed/uninstalled the Kentico 7 on my pc. The page icon and the WYSIWYG are not showing up. Kindly assist and advice.

Remark: I have tried remove the image in App_Themes\Default\Images and replace again, but still get the same result.

You might try clearing your cache on your machine as well as restarting the server. Have you checked the event logs? Could be number of things really, install didn't go right, no file permissions on website directory, etc.

Hi,

Thanks for your swift replied. I have tried to reformat the pc and reinstall back everything, but it's still come back with the same problem. Fully control of the file permission, and there's no error during the installation process.

Hi,

Are there any JavaScript errors in the console? Is the JavaScript enalbed in the browser? Are you using any custom scripts?
