Have you tried the export button on the page types? Or have you tried to use staging to move the object and/or the actual content over to the other environment?

You can also export the objects as usual using the Export objects feature or, as Brenden said, using single object export. And then import the package to desired target Kentico. Just make sure the hash salt string is the same on both instances to not to corrupt macros.

You can also use Content staging feature to easily transfer changes made to pages or objects from one Kentico instance to another Kentico instance (typically hosted on a different server). All connected instances must use the same version of Kentico. Staging is particularly useful if you need to synchronize multiple environments during development, for example: Development -> Testing -> Editing (staging) -> Live (production)
