kentico vulnerability question

does anyone know if the vulnerabilities listed here https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/search/results?form_type=Basic&results_type=overview&query=kentico&search_type=all&isCpeNameSearch=false that don't specify a starting version, like https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2020-24794 does that mean all versions of kentico or just new in version 12 up to 12.0.75?

This depends on the bug. Some are present in given major version only. But, there was also a bug affecting multiple versions. I would recommend checking our hotfixes page and see the Security bugs fixed in each version - this will tell you in what version(s) given bug was fixed.
