Kentico v9 webpart changes

Is there a detailed list of how the default webparts have changed from v8 to v9? For example, the Table Layout webpart, when the HTML is rendered, there isn't any thead tag(s) which is a requirement for accessibility.

We're starting a fresh Kentico build with 8.2, and i'm trying to scope out webpart modification i need.

If you're upgrading from 8.2 to v9, the existing web parts and their definitions will remain. If you're starting from a fresh instance of v9, these web parts will be removed.
