Kentico Site Import

We tried to migrate our site from one server to another server. The migration successfully completed but the navigating to the site admin we go the following error. Also How do we change the URL for the site that has been imported?

Could not cast or convert from System.String to CMS.ApplicationDashboard.Internal.UserDashboardSetting.

When importing the site, was it the same version of Kentico? Almost sounds like you tried to export a site and import into a different version.

Thanks Trevor and Chetan. It was due to the version conflicts. we have decided to use the same version as the source and the issue is resolved. But still not sure how to import to an upgraded version.

Anantha Prakash Dhinakar you never import an upgraded version to an older version, this is not the correct upgrade (or downgrade) path. You need to physically upgrade the code base and database in order for you to upgrade a site.
