Kentico MVC 12 - content editors not able to see pages app on dashboard

All settings are updated to show the pages application on the dashboard , but none of the Content editors is able to see the pages application. can someone please advise ASAP?

Thanks for your answers.

We fixed the problem. Found out that there was an error on the event log about Macros signature denied. So, what we did is that we re-sign all of the Macros with the current/the same CMSHashStringSalt and it fixed the issue.

Hi,

Please look at this article and check that the restrictions are set up correctly. I guess, you might need just to add Browse tree permission as described in the first point in the article.

Thanks for you reply, but as mentioned above, all those permissions are already checked, and the CMS Editors still not able to see pages app on thier dashboard. Does anyone has another advise?

Do they see any tiles on the dashboard? Were any modifications made to the roles or UI personalization?
