Kentico 12 pages application, Edit Value window not functioning

A problem that has recently come up, making some extensive changes to the site and it seems that I cannot access the edit value window properly when trying to modify web-part properties.

For example, on the visibility section:

When clicking on the Edit Value (the triangle) I get this window:

You notice there is no save button

And when I select the edit in new window in the Visible property this is what comes up: Image Text You notice none of the code came through.

We had updated a while ago to V12, currently on v12.0.25 and this seems to have started happening last week week.

Addendum: This functionality is working on our production sites.

If you've recently done an upgrade or hotfix application, I suggest clearing your browsers cache. This should resolve the issue.

I cleared out my browsers cache, and still has the same issue. This happens on both IE and Chrome.

Once again this does not happen in our Production version, only Test. So this is leading me to think that the file(s) that control this portion of things got corrupted.

Just not sure which files those would be.

Most of the js files for the CMS are located under the /CMSScripts directory. You could do a compare to see if they have different dates or sizes.

That did not seem to help, I replaced all the files in that path from production to test. I can work around it, but it is very annoying.

Any other sugestions?
