K8 - Where is Custom Settings Setup

I am still struggling with some of the re-organization of K8. Where do we find custom settings. In V7 it was Site Manager -> Development -> Custom settings.

They are hidden under Modules.

Admin -> Modules -> Custom (or other module created by you) -> Settings

I was so close. I had gone to modules, but didn't find the right area. Looks like this will work.
