Best thing to do is a fresh install of the personal site. Then go to the site definition and change the stylesheet (theme) to get different colors/themes. You'll find in the file system there are a few folders in the /App_Themes directory for the personal site (different colors essentially).
There are some templates on the Marketplace but templates have all the objects, pages, and styles so it's not just the styles/colors.
