how to stop sending auto response email

I have a custom contact form which is responsible for sending an email from user to admin but every time admin got an email from user then one automatic response is sending to the user I don't want to send an automatic response email, but I am using "EmailTemplateInfo" class inside, does it cause the problem? If we can't restrict the auto response then can I send the response to a specific email id not the To email id where the email comes from. please advise me how can I overcome from this.

Is the custom contact form a form in Kentico or simply you own manually created form?

Hi Prafulla,

In case of forms created in Kentico you can stop the autoresponse by going to the Forms -> Edit your form -> Autorespoder and simply set the confirmation e-mail source field to "Do not send confirmation".
