how to link a work flow scope to a pages

Hi, I created one work flow in that I have one scope, I gave a path in scope but it is not linking to the pages.and I want to create four roles where can I create it how to link the roles with specific pages.and how can I test these.

Please help me how to achieve this. I am new to kentico.

When you go to the page, does it show if it's in a workflow, if so, what is the name? Otherwise, you should see a button at the top saying sign workflow.

What do you need to do with those 4 roles? Add them in the workflow for approval? Or you want to assign them special permissions? If you need to add them for approval, you can follow the instruction online, go to the step, and add the roles to each step. If you want to just manage permission, then it's under the Page > Properties > Security.

Any new page will be added to the workflow automatically.

For any existing page navigate it in Pages app and click apply workflow button.

Could you please be more specific on roles?

You can create roles in Roles app. You can configure roles that can perform some workflow related action in the workflow settings.

Thank you for your response, I want to Create 4 roles 1.Editor 2.Designer 3. Approver 4.Administrator.

I gave Email id for users but Email are not going to the editor and Approver, i need to do any setting for emails,Please help me how to achieve this..
