The Kentico Installer generates its own solution. What is the supported way to install a new Kentico 8 web application project into an existing solution?
For example, with Umbraco I can use NuGet to install the CMS to any web application project, or I can add a fresh Umbraco project to my solution.
By "supported", I mean that KIM, hotfixes, and upgrades will still work.

Do you want to have like nested web sites? If so, this can lead to some .Net inheritance issues. Otherwise I do not see any issue by specifying the right physical location and then setting up the virtual directory/application in the IIS.
