If you use Internet Explorer 11 in version 7, please add the domain name your CMS is running on to the Compatibility View to show the toolbar again and see the web content instead of a HTML source code:

Kentico 8 comes with new CKEditor version and will also support IE11 so, this article will become obsolete.

You can apply at least hotfix 7.0.70 which solve this as well, so you don't have to wait for version 8!
