My page is based on page type(view comes from live site project). I can't able to see alternative url under url in edit mode. EnableAlternativeUrls is true in live site startup.cs. How can I redirect a page to say google.com
The page type you are using, does it have the URL feature enabled? Then, second issue could be that the user needs to have Manage alternative URLs permission for the Content module
