Google Adwords Conversion Script on a Form Submission Page

Andre Pfanz asked on November 14, 2016 18:26

We have a form for contact us using Kentico 8.1. When someone submits the form, on the resulting page we want to have display some Javascript for Google Adwords conversion. We are using a Kentico form on a content page. The "After the form is submitted:" has "Display text" option selected. I tried entering the Javascript there, but there is a maximum limit as far as how much text can be entered.

Is there another way to do this while still keeping the "Display text" option?

Then use a macro in the URL to redirect to to choose the proper language. I believe you can do this without issue.

What I'd do is redirect the user to a new page with that Adwords js and some "thank you" text. This will get you away from the limitations of the actual form if you can use a page with editable text on it.

I appreciate the response. I thought about that option but wasn't sure about it as this form needs to be on a Spanish as well as English site. The URL to redirect to will either contain en-us or es-mx in it depending on whether we are on the English or Spanish site.
