Error message when creating new page template

I am trying to save a page template as a new template so it does not affect other pages with design changes and am getting the following error message:

Loading this assembly would produce a different grant set from other instances. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131401)

Any thoughts on this? I don't believe I have credentials to do an IIS Reset, which is one of the top Stack Overflow answers, although that was in reference to this issue in SharePoint.

What version are you on?

Do you know if you're running in a full trust or medium trust environment for hosting?

Are your virtual objects checked out? System > Virtual Objects > Deployment

I'm not sure about virtual objects of trust environment, but the version is 12.

The virtual objects section says deployment mode is off.

What access do you have to the server or where the website resides?

Searching for this error on Google and checking Stackoverflow, some users reported that restarting IIS resolved the issue. Others had some software installed on the server which was causing this. The error is coming from .Net and not from Kentico directly. I would recommend checking the environment setup. And as mentioned by Brenden, the medium vs. full trust environment could be the cause too (Kentico can be run in full trust environment only).
